Literary Moot Court -- The Odyssey

Halifax Humanities Fundraiser February 17, 2011.

Halifax Humanities 101 will be the recipient of a unique fundraiser being presented on February 17th, 7PM Atlantic time, by the Dalhousie Law School. It is a “Literary Moot Court” in which Odysseus will be charged in a wrongful death suit for slaughtering Penelope’s suitors at the end of the Odyssey.

The event involves tow layers from Leading Halifax firms, a judge of the Nova Scotia Appeals Court, law students and Halifax Humanities students.

The event will be livestreamed.
