Work with Us

Operations Manager

Role

As Clemente Course in the Humanities continues its growth, development, and impact under a new Executive Director (ED), the organization seeks a skilled, enthusiastic, and collaborative Operations Manager (OM) to join its national administrative team. The OM will work closely on a remote basis with its ED, as well as its National Program Director (PD) and National Academic Director (AD). The OM will report to the ED and play a key role in managing CCH’s financial and logistical affairs.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable aptitude for streamlining and implementing administrative processes and possess strong financial literacy and skills, especially in budgetary matters. Key tasks will include: managing the annual budget in collaboration with the executive director and bookkeeper; tracking and coding expenditures; and allocating, processing, and tracking grant payments to partner organizations.

The OM will have an opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with CCH’s leadership team and will have a valued seat at the table as the organization charts the next stage in its development.
